“My first visit to BPS just for a replacement tyre. I found the staff good and I like to support local businesses when I can. A fair price for the service and product. Being a new visitor, I did see the "Customer Waiting area" sign but I did miss the "Customer Reception" sign printed on a bit of paper in a window, so I ended up wandering around the yard looking lost. These two areas are one and the same but as there is privacy glass on the inner wall, the area looks from the outside like it is just for customers to sit in. There are reception staff behind this privacy glass. When inside this area I didn't notice this either until I pressed the bell and a member of staff appeared and I got the impression that pressing the button may not have been appreciated. I think it was a fine chap called Andy who fitted my tyre, a knowledgeable and caring person.”
